Prism Luv is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. We have zero tolerance for any content, behavior, or activity that exploits, harms, or endangers children.

2. Age Verification & Enforcement

Minimum Age Requirement

  • Prism Luv is exclusively for users aged 18 and older
  • All users must verify their age during account creation
  • Birth dates are validated server-side
  • Accounts of users under 18 are immediately terminated

3. Content Moderation & Detection

Automated Scanning

  • Content Moderation: Sightengine AI integration
  • All uploaded images scanned in real-time
  • Immediate removal of flagged content
  • Automatic user suspension for violations

Content Policies

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Creating or sharing CSAM/CSAE material
  • Grooming behavior
  • Sexual exploitation or coercion
  • Child endangerment of any kind

4. User Reporting

In-App Reporting

Users can easily report suspicious activity:

  1. Tap on user profile
  2. Select "Report User"
  3. Choose violation category
  4. Provide details and submit

Response Timeline

  • Urgent (CSAE): Reviewed within 1 hour
  • High Priority: Reviewed within 24 hours
  • Standard: Reviewed within 48 hours

5. Reporting to Authorities

NCMEC CyberTipline

  • We are registered reporters with NCMEC
  • Suspected CSAM is reported within 24 hours
  • Full cooperation with law enforcement

  • Data retained only as long as account is active

  • Trust & Safety Team: 24/7 monitoring and investigation
  • Law Enforcement: Full cooperation and coordination

8. Account Termination

Immediate permanent termination for:

  • Possession or distribution of CSAM
  • Grooming of minors
  • Solicitation of explicit images
  • Any sexual exploitation of children

Terminated accounts are permanently banned and cannot be re-registered.
